SAF - The Photography Gallery

Opened in November 2025, the Photography Gallery is the UAE’s first public gallery dedicated entirely to photography. Set inside a repurposed 1970s telecommunications building, it hosts photography exhibitions throughout the year alongside workshops, film screenings and educational programmes. The gallery is also home to the permanent exhibition *Photographic Encounters along the Gulf Coasts*, featuring historic photographs and archival material documenting the Gulf region in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
